Hybrid Work / BTS Chidlom
- Mapping business processes against Dynamics CRM capabilities
- Process Automation
- Takes part in the design of the application base on the Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Contributes to and document application architecture, analysis, specifications and release notes
- Work with the PM, QA, BA and other IT Teams to ensure quality code delivery, assist in identifies and resolution of the defects
- Provides technology estimates and makes sure that work is completed within the estimated time
- Configuring Dynamics CRM to meet functional needs
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years programming experience in web, or desktop applications and design using .NET Programming but not limited to IOS, Android, Web, Microsoft products / frameworks, anb other application development Libraries
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, ideally 2011, 2016 or 365
- Development experience with C#, JavaScript and HTML
- Experience with web-services technologies, such as WebAPI;
- Knowledge and proficiency in Object-Oriented programming and methodologies;
