Job Description

  • We are looking for an application support engineer to monitor and maintain the efficiency of our software applications
  • Your primary focus will be to help the business team and customer service team to ensure success as an application support engineer, you should possess extensive experience in providing application support in a fast-paced environment
  • You will be working closely with the customer service and business team

Responsibilities

  • Helping the business team and customer service team to clarify issues
  • First tier take responsibility for the application issue
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
  • Summary issue ticket and monitoring application
  • Motivate team members

Job Qualification

  • 0 - 2 years of overall App Support Engineer development
  • Experience as a tool for tracking and summary issue tickets
  • Experience as a Jira tool
  • Experience developing collaboratively within a SCRUM team with Agile delivery framework.
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Understanding of software life cycle, and Agile fundamental process
  • Experience SQL query for creating report support User
