Key Responsibility

• Grow organic sales from existing customers with retention campaigns to drive CLV, repeating purchase, higher basket size, and customer engagement.
• Plan, execute and optimize direct marketing campaigns across multi-channel including email, LINE, push notification, in-app messages, SMS.
• Carry out AB tests to constantly improve CRM campaigns.
• Use first party customer data to perform Customer Segmentation and create highly personalized messaging to improve brand loyalty and KPIs such as open, click-through and conversion rates.
• Provide detailed analytic reports to the team on sales drivers in order to evaluate campaign effectiveness; propose new tests and refine audience segments using test and control-based approach.
• Explore opportunities to optimize and research new industry trends for increased performance of CRM campaign efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the area of CRM, marketing research, data analytics, with proven record on the intensive use of data in Marketing.
• Knowledge of designing, planning, and running CRM campaign or direct marketing in e-commerce business, experience with loyalty programs is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL, BI tool, Python and CRM tool.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Good command of Thai and English.
