Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager who will play a critical role in driving our digital product development forward. You will be working closely with various teams to understand user needs, plan and oversee the development process and maintain the product backlog and roadmap. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of both front-end and back-end systems, excels in communication, and is adept at problem-solving. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the product, its mission and work processes thoroughly, including both user interface and back-end systems
• Identify user needs, understand their desires and issues, and develop solutions that translate into actionable development requirements, including performance metrics
• Plan, prepare, and oversee the development process from inception to delivery, solving problems and communicating with all relevant teams, including external organizations
• Monitor and manage incidents by understanding the issues, analyzing impact, proposing solutions, and communicating with involved teams
• Maintain the backlog and roadmap, collaborate with all relevant teams to prioritize and plan work effectively

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager in digital product development
• Excellent communication in all forms, personal development, within the team, across teams, and with external teams
• Experience in participating in full-cycle software development, including development, testing, delivery, and follow-up
• Basic understanding of technical work with ability to differentiate what development consists of, such as Front-end, Back-end, API, and Database
• High flexibility at work, enjoy taking the lead, coordinate and manage all data. Also hold the belief that every problem has a solution and can be solved
