Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the Gap: Analyze client needs, translate them into technical requirements, and communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
• Odoo Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Odoo ERP to configure solutions, identify gaps, and recommend best practices.
• Project Management: Coordinate project lifecycles, manage timelines, and prepare progress reports to ensure smooth execution.
• Proposal Powerhouse: Source IT tenders, collaborate on proposal development, and prepare compelling presentations for client acquisition.
• Documentation Champion: Draft clear and concise meeting minutes, tender documents, and project reports for efficient communication and record-keeping.
• Tech-Savvy: Stay current with IT industry trends and technologies to optimize solutions. (Bonus points for Odoo ERP knowledge!)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of Odoo ERP functionality and configuration.
• Experience using UX/UI tools like Figma (for prototyping).
• Familiarity with ER diagramming tools for data modeling.
• Basic understanding of WordPress content management system (CMS).
