- Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems.- Evaluate solution opportunities. Recommends IT solutions- Vendor management in system support and new projects- Track issues to resolution updating the internal knowledge base and/or communicating learning's with relevant business units.- Maintain application and support and ensure applications systems availability meet SLA- Work as technical lead with project teams in design, development, implement/integrate and maintenance SAP applications- Guidance, support and develop sub-ordinate to success theirs career goal.
