IT User Identity & Access – Oracle ERP

Our client is one of the largest casual dining & fast service restaurant company in Asia.

This role is in charge of user access requests to required systems as well as Oracle ERP approval routines.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Oracle ERP support team, the IT infrastructure team, the IT core systems team, and the IT BU team to ensure that user access requests and changes were communicated and implemented in accordance with business requirements and IT technical specifications, and that all production system changes were conducted according to protocols.
• When a change or issue occurs, work closely with the user to determine the business impact and escalate as necessary. Provide recommendations that can be implemented promptly to resolve the issue.
• Work with the application owner to set up new IT User Identity and Access for the application.
• Create documentation for supporting systems and apps as needed.
• Work with IT service request tickets across the IT Service Desk and related teams in an agile environment.
• Per IT service request, perform daily subscription or online license assignment and grant security authority to user account.
• Perform daily system monitoring, including checking the integrity of all user accounts and critical operations, as well as examining system and application logs.
• Prepare a monthly report using IT user account and additional subscriptions.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
• 2–3 years of expertise with Oracle ERP and AD user administration and support.
• 2–3 years in a customer-centric business. (for example, hotels, restaurants, and retail stores)
• User administration, workflow approval, and role mapping/assignment with enterprise payment procedures, PR/PO systems Pretty money, expense claim, and Oracle ERP (preferably version 12) is required
• Knowledge with Active Directory, O365 group, and security group administration, as well as PowerShell or comparable scripting, is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft folder, file, and sharing security, as well as Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 services management.
