• Optimize Front-End performance and user experience, applying best practices in web accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to established coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Mentor and support frontend team members, promoting professional development and growth.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and visually appealing Frontend solutions.

• Expertise in Flutter technologies with experience implement Website and mobile application (Android & iOS)

• Experience with Front-End optimization techniques such as web accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

• Good leadership skills with experience leading or mentoring frontend development teams.

• Ability to work in an agile environment with a can-do attitude, able to collaborate with the team, have strong will to develop their skills, and love to share knowledge with others.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

It’s Great If You Have:

• At least 1 year of experience in cross platform development with Flutter

• Experience with mobile application distribution on App Store and Play Store

• Knowledge/understanding of DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, enterprise software security, micro-frontends, and GRPC

• Extensive experience with software engineering best practices (eg. software testing, TDD, SOLID, clean architecture, code reviews, Containerization, DevSecOps, design documentation, 12 Factor Apps)

• Experience using variety of Enterprise Patterns, Architectural Patterns & Styles and Design Patterns

• Experience developing a cross-platform component and being able to integrating it with a native component

• Experience with Push Notification, mobile database, Biometric Authentication, Location Service, Payment Gateway Integration, Camera & Photo Library, and other native components

• Experience in cross-platform application performance optimization • Experience in working in a startup company
