• Business Development - Senior
• UX/UI Designer - Mid to Senior

✌ Mid/Senior Project/Product Owner

Here you'll get to:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end digital/tech/transform product or project development from project initiation to a successful implementation and integration of innovative solutions
• Drive a product/project conceptualization, customer journey, feature roadmap prioritization, and see it through execution.
• Responsible for project planning; from shaping approach, planning resources & activities, costs management, and identifying & proactively mitigate project risks
• Collaborate with our high-performing teams to achieve excellence in work and catalyze growth and profession. Along with conducting reviews and other necessary guidance
• Lead client meetings & interviews and organize product/project e.g. workshops, conferences, etc
• Be a part of our fun agile team, a great teamwork environment where every person is encouraged to collaborate and opportunities to start their passion initiatives

What you'll need:

• Experience at least 3 years in a Product Owner or Digital Business Analyst or has other Product/Project Management related experience
• Experience in Scrum-based or Kanban-based Agile project management or hybrid with Waterfall project management
• Some experience with JIRA/Confluence and understand what a good workflow looks like
• Able to effectively use metrics and data visualization to report progress and support data-driven decision-making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an interest in digital transformation
• Proven ability to lead & coach team and manage relationships with people from all levels ranging from senior management to working team members through collaboration and with high professionalism
• Passionate about technology and comfortable building business use cases around it.
• Flexibility and ability to work and enjoy working under tight deadlines and handle pressure
• Good communication both in Thai and English and interpersonal abilities and presentation skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment with a can-do attitude, able to collaborate with the team, have strong will to develop their skills, and love to share knowledge with others

It's great if you have:

• Good knowledge in Project Management Body of Knowledge is a plus
• Have a Project Management Professional Certification or Agile Certification is a plus
• Understanding of Modern Software Development such as DevSecOps, CI/CD, etc 
• Experience in cutting edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Natural language Processing, Image Analytics, Data Analytics, Blockchain, or Digital Transformation projects is a plus

✌ Senior Business Development

Here you'll get to:

• Research and analyze the latest usecase/industry/market opportunities that align with company strategy
• Identify emerging industry trends and leverage this information to inform our strategy
• Reach out to partners, investors, and target clients
• Take on the roles of business development, project management, and partner relations management
• Maintain accountability; deliver successful outcomes with measurable results
• Act as a client advocate in navigating HUGEMAN’s teams and functions during relation management and onboarding with the partnerships

What you'll need:

• 5+ years experience in business development or relevant role especially in Consulting, FinTech, Blockchain
• Fluent communication both in Thai and English and interpersonal abilities and presentation skills
• Strong customer, partner, investor and client focus, including the ability to think in terms of their experience/perspective
• A team player: a collaboration-oriented person who is able to work effectively with different groups of people
• Self-motivated: an independent thinker who is able to take ownership of project(s) and ensure their timely execution
• Creative: a problem solver who is able to think on their toes, find solutions in unlikely places, and are adaptable and flexible with your plans and executions

It's great if you have:

• Commercial or Client Service experience in Blockchain technology, FinTech or other tech services/products
• Experience managing relationships with partners, investors, clients, or vendors
• Experience managing technology integrations and product-related partnerships, or servicing clients on financial B2B technologies
• Passionate about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, decentralised technology, or other cutting-edged technologies
• Understanding of product management and development process is preferred

✌ Senior UX/UI Designer

Here you'll get to:

• Design and oversees all parts of the design cycle and business, including empathizing with users, ideate ideas, create wireframes, design flow, and build prototypes.
• Able to articulate and iterate concepts and ideas.
• Collaborate with different disciplines and teams to create detailed designs, as well as advise strategy and guide implementation.
• Take ownership of independent tracks of design work, manage timelines and deliverables.
• Be a part of our fun agile team, a great teamwork environment where every person is encouraged to collaborate and opportunities to start their passionate initiatives.
• Manage and coach our design team.
• Ownership of project, managing and directly contact clients

What you'll need:

• Minimum 3 years experience in UX/UI Design or related fields
• Strong understanding of experience, UX/UI and visual design with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using tools like Figma (highly preferable), Sketch, Adobe XD, Overflow and Invision.
• You are fast self-learner and a team player, able to ask tough questions and keep up with industry trends, technology, and tools. Most importantly, lead the design process.
• Strong understanding of human behavior, technology and the changing world.
• Good presentation skills and ability to provide constructive reasoning for your design decisions
• You are motivated by feedback as well as the opportunity to improve your work, your role, and how you work with the team.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A portfolio that highlights your design process and the final product.
• Good interpersonal skills both verbal and written in Thai and English.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with a can-do attitude, able to collaborate with the team, have strong will to develop their skills, and love to share knowledge with others.
