What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and visually appealing frontend solutions.

• Expertise in frontend technologies and one or more modern frameworks (e.g., React, React Native, Flutter).

• Experience with frontend optimization techniques such as web accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

• Strong leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring frontend development teams. -Ability to work in an agile environment with a can-do attitude, able to collaborate with the team, have strong will to develop their skills, and love to share knowledge with others.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

It’s Great If You Have:

• At least 1 year of experience in cross platform development with Flutter

• Experience with mobile application distribution on App Store and Play Store

• Knowledge/understanding of DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, enterprise software security, micro-frontends, and GRPC

• Extensive experience with software engineering best practices (eg. software testing, TDD, SOLID, clean architecture, code reviews, Containerization, DevSecOps, design documentation, 12 Factor Apps)

• Experience developing a cross-platform component and being able to integrating it with a native component

• Experience with Push Notification, mobile database, Biometric Authentication, Location Service, Payment Gateway Integration, Camera & Photo Library, and other native components

What You'll Need:

• Proficient in server-side technologies, such as Node.js, Golang

• Strong understanding of database technologies and proficiency in writing efficient database queries.

• Deep knowledge of web development concepts, including, REST, and JSON, as well as familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Experience in optimizing backend performance, scalability, and reliability, including caching mechanisms and load balancing techniques.

• Ability to conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring high code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established standards.

• Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, with a strong problem-solving mindset.

It’s Great If You Have:

• Experience with the Go programming language at least 3 years

• Knowledge/understanding of DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, event-driven systems, distributed systems, pub/sub, enterprise software security, and GRPC

• Extensive experience with software engineering best practices (eg. software testing, TDD, SOLID, clean architecture, code reviews, Containerization, DevSecOps, design documentation, 12 Factor Apps)

• Experience building cloud-native scalable applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch and etc.)
