Sales and Marketing Specialist

Position: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, develop marketing materials for both offline and online channels, outreach to enterprise customers, coordinating meetings, and providing exceptional sales support. You will work closely with the management and product team to help establish our brand presence and drive business growth.

Responsibility

• Collaborate closely with the management to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for our tech enterprise product.
• Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify potential customers to promote our product's value proposition.
• Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to schedule product demonstrations and meetings.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships, provide information, and address inquiries to facilitate the sales process.
• Coordinate meeting schedules and logistics, ensuring all parties are well-prepared and informed about the capabilities and benefits of our tech enterprise product.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our company brand identity, online presence, and ensuring it accurately represents our brand and product offerings.
• Support graphic design efforts by creating visually compelling materials such as brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Help develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring messaging and visuals align with our brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and external vendors to execute online campaigns, monitor performance, and provide insights for optimization.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential enhancements for our tech enterprise product.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to the founder and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer support, and/or graphic design roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in website content creation, preferably with experience in platforms such as WordPress or similar content management systems.
• Experience in graphic design, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent is a plus.
• Understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain consistent branding across various marketing channels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
