Talent Acquisition Lead

H Lab is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, you should be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.

Responsibilities

  • One of the main responsibilities of Talent Acquisition lead will be to design, develop and execute new and sustainable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for the company.
  • You should be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships at the workplace.
  • As Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll also be responsible for determining current staffing needs and producing manpower forecasts for management to review.
  • You'll be in charge of leading, planning, developing and managing employment branding initiatives
  • You'll perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • You'll be responsible for leading, managing and supervising members of the recruitment team for evaluating recruitment efforts.
  • Take steps to ensure and enhance positive candidate experience, motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs

Tasks you'll undertake

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (e.g. conductinginterviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Review employment applications and create background check reports
  • Perform employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommend measures to improve employee retention.
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs or other career related events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

What you should bring to the table

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead (experience in tech recruiting is preferred)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (whether through ATS or other tools) and databases
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well-organized
  • A leader and strategic thinker
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
