Quality Assurance Manager

• Hold regular 1:1's with team members.
• Drive quarterly OKRs.
• Conduct managerial interviews for candidates.
• Manage agile projects and QA team.
• Ensure proper timeline for quality engineering tasks in implementing Cortex to customer sites.
• Keep test strategy updated to suite the product stage.
• Create software quality reports to track progress.
• Ensure test document and automation code easy to read and maintain.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Ensure automate test performance for each objective in our CI pipeline.
• Having deep enough understanding in business process to ensure high quality test script of team.

Qualification

• 3+ years experience in a Quality role or related position. Experience working with PlayWright or similar tools.
• 3+ years experience in developing or testing software using languages Typescript
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or information technology or equivalent experience
• Experience managing scrum project or agile project management
• Experience in testing micro-Service applications.
• Knowledge of web services, API, WebSocket, REST and RPC.
