Project Management Officer (PMO)

H Lab is looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to help us design and deliver innovative health-tech solutions for our clients, some of Thailand’s leading figures in the healthcare industry. You’ll be joining a team of young, driven and ambitious entrepreneurs who are passionate about revolutionising healthcare services, and the impact they could create by solving some of the industry’s biggest pain points.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Management Officer, you'll be responsible for tracking and consolidating project and team progress, developing status reports, and keeping track of any risks and issues that arise
• You'll be the center of all project-related information - the go-to person for updates, resources, statuses and communication requirements
• You'll track and manage all change requests and defect and problem tickets throughout the project cycle
• You'll arrange and conduct weekly team updates, track the team's activity log, conduct reviews of resource capacity plans and monitor timesheets
• You'll act as coordinator for arranging and facilitating all project-related meetings, both internal and external, including keeping records of any developments that occur in the meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business or any relevant fields
• 2+ years experience in project management (bonus points for solution delivery, or management and IT consulting)
• Native or professional command of written and spoken Thai
• Professional command of English
• A strong familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with working with cross-functional project teams and leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
• Strong presentation and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft and project management tools
• Well organized and capable of managing and tracking multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
