Job Description
Work closely with user to ensure they are satisfied with our product/service, they receive and perceive value from our solution, and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
Implementing software and hardware solution
Connecting with hospital operational user
Training user and hospital’s IT support
Customer support & troubleshooting
Deploy survey at each stage of customer lifecycle
Be a voice of customer to improve our solution
Tracking - process - follow up - report customer issue to internal team and customer
Qualification
1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management or related position
Highly communication, negotiation, reporting, and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
Experienced working in health tech or tech company is a plus
