Gathering business requirements by interviewing clients or users, IT and stakeholders togather system and application requirements.
Validate and assist in refining problem-solution fit for market.
Providing support in relation to client engagement, product enhancements and newdevelopments by understanding business requirements, and performing competitiveanalysis for the development of software applications.
Develop Company’s product value proposition and market fit for product launch.
Identify new opportunities and use key consumer and market insights to build effortsthat will launch our solutions.
Perform feasibility study for new product or service opportunities.
Lead research, analysis, and decision-making around pricing and packaging for bothexisting and future product and service lines.
Co-develop a marketing strategy with the Marketing and product development team to attractearly adopters and clients.
Develop go-to-market programs for our product.
Partner negotiations and relationship management with key role players in healthcare or tech industry.
Become an expert in our products, customers, use cases, competitors, and the marketswe serve. Stay on top of industry and technology trends, and help translate these insights into strategic recommendations for product development and go-to-market opportunities.
Work closely with the product management team to inform the roadmap prioritizationand build product launch programs.
Experience in business development, marketing, business strategy, finance or related field
An interest in or have a history of working within the healthcare industry
Embodies an entrepreneurial spirit
Deep understanding of audience and market research, customer segmentation, and persona development
Experience in negotiating and preparing contracts
Excellent written/oral communication skills for proposals, presentations and business cases
Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders Grace under pressure and comfort with a fast-paced health tech environment
Experience in identifying new product opportunities and bringing them to market
Experience in hiring, leading and growing high performing sales and marketing teams
