External Functions (80%)
Identify customer needs, constraints, and key stakeholders' insights to analyze sales possibilities and achieve business goals.
Manage sales process and conduct solution introductions, product demonstrations, and cost-impact analysis of the proposed solution to ensure project sign-off.
Strengthen customer relations and trust by connecting and providing assistance along the project timeline to complete sales targets.
Identify and capture leads and prospects proactively to create conversions per the business strategic plan and roadmap.
Develop sales materials such as presentation, TOR, BOQ, Agreement, Invoice, PO, and other required documents to complete sale operations.
Internal Functions (20%)
Collaborate with IT, Product, and Customer Success Teams to understand customer requirements and feedback and provide sales support.
Work with Business Team to establish business growth strategies, develop business reports based on sale performance and activities and conduct market research to achieve business goals.
Maintain a level of understanding of the healthcare industry, health information systems, hospital management, initiatives, and issues related to hospitals and health systems.
Requirements
Graduates from any related field.
Over three years of experience in selling or consulting enterprise software or services to hospitals.
Experienced in driving business growth in a B2B setting
Understand digital/technological product development and implementation also technical terms in the healthcare system.
Deep understanding of audience and market research, customer segmentation, and persona development.
Excellent written/oral communication and negotiation skills.
Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Work well under pressure and comfort in a fast-paced health tech start-up environment.
Preferable
Knowledge of the structure and management of public and private hospitals.
