As a Product Owner at Gofive, you will lead the strategy and development of our cutting-edge SaaS solutions, including CRM, E-tax, and HR management systems. You'll transform user feedback and pain points into actionable stories, driving the product roadmap to meet business goals. Utilizing Scrum methodology, you’ll ensure smooth sprint execution and seamless collaboration across teams. Your goal is to continuously enhance the user journey, delivering an exceptional product experience that empowers businesses in their digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and create the product roadmap for the agile development team and stakeholders with a full understanding of market, users, technology, and current trends.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to balance needs of stakeholders and business users, enhance user experience, and boost company revenue.
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch and evaluate product progress through each iteration.
- Execute a go-to-market plan and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with IT teams.
- Organized and capable of handling, tracking, and troubleshooting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Has knowledge and working experience in HRM or CRM products are preferred
