Lead Front-end Developer

Fillgoods is looking to add to our team, for a Lead Front End Developer. This position would work closely with business owners, UX designers, and will develop responsive and mobile friendly webpages, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives. A self-starter, willingness to lead and take ownership. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

Job Descriptions : 

• Develop high quality, robust and scalable software Using Vue js or React.
• Identify technical and business deficiencies and lead the team to fix them. 
• Develop coding standards, methodology and repeatable processes. 
• Being involved in the technical design of the applications. 
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of UX and visual design concepts to provide leadership perspective on front and backend technologies and their overall impact on the creative process. 
• Take full ownership for the team and to build, ship, and maintain features, end-to-end. 
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. 
• Constantly look for ways to make the product better. 
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and engineers to design features and break down high-level features into tasks and timelines. 
• Build, document, and maintain tests, features, and infrastructure. 
• Lead communicates and document architectural designs and requirements. 
• Invent patterns and reusable components that our team can assemble to build things. 
• Being opened to developing your own ideas to improve current processes. 
• Being a mentor & leading the junior engineers to ensure they are enhancing their skills & delivering onthe products they work on. 
• Participate in regular code reviews. 
• Be part of an agile development team. 
• Strive for continuous improvement. 

 Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5+ years Front end development and 3+ years senior level.  
• At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript, CSS,SCSS,Vue js ,Angular, React and/or React Native or similar technologies. 
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team, project management, and technical leadership experience 
• Strong command of web standards, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Strong in design, analysis and troubleshooting of software solutions based on Web technologies. 
• Able to define technical solutions and develop technical specifications based on business requirements. 
• Understanding of quality control processes such as unit testing and code reviews. 
• Able to work well without supervision. 
• Excellent development ability and experience- Thorough knowledge of unit testing  
• Good judgment, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
• Discipline to document ideas and code in a clear, comprehensive, and organized manner.
