Job Description 

· Lead software development team to distribute software development atmosphere. 

· Direct strategic development, management, and software development. 

· Manage and organize product and development team. 

· Prepare task to sprint and technical consult/resolving. 

· Design product and validation. 

· Manage product schedule to ensure deliver customer and business value as time needed. 

· Maintaining application systems by monitoring and correcting any defects. 

· Provide version control processes to assure consistency, quality and timeliness. 

· Mentor managers to implement best practices to motivate and organize their teams. 

· Ensure to provide proven ability to evaluate and improve software development best practices. 

Qualification

· Thai Nationality only 

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 

· 5+ or more years of relevant work experience of Software development, Product Owner or relate field. 

· Good communication skills, abilities to discuss with technical and non-technical people, present ideas and motivate people. 

· Familiar with SQL and NoSQL, Logging stack, Message Queue, Cloud computing and Cloud services.
