Finance and Accounting Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, fundraising, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

•  Monitor of accounting operations, tax and finance to be efficient and correct in accordance with accounting standards, tax practice and related laws. 
• Set up Accounting & Financial team and implementation for Accounting & Finance system
• Implement and upgrade of Accounting & Financial system and set the management information system to be a system of work that can be checked correctly and effectively.
• Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Forecast financial and budgeting. Develop and plan the budgeting to be in line with the direction of sales and revenue of the company. And use budgets as administrative controls and performance audits.
• Strategic Plan: Develop a strategic plan to create both short and long term business advantage and cost control.
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including the government, private sector, financial institutions as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or relevant fields or Master's Degree or MBA.
• Very strong Leadership, project management and people management skills.
• Strong finance-based analytical skills.
• 7 - 10 years' of finance experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
• Audit firm and fundraising experience would be advantage.
• Experiences from start up company is a big plus.
