Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and translating user requirements into IT requirement specification for development team.
• Provide technical specification, data flow and API specifications
• Works closely with software developers, software tester and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and meet user satisfaction.
• Manage the project status and drive the deliverable
• Build up a customer/client relationship
• Partner with the product and engineering teams to develop features and see them to smooth launch.
• Manage product schedule to ensure deliver customer and business value as time needed.

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality only.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, MIS, Marketing or other related fields.
• At least 3 years experience in business analysis, program/project management, product owner or a related field. (full-cycle project experience is a plus)
• Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good team player with self-motivation and good personality.
• Good command in English
