Application Support

Job Highlights

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
• Min 1-2 years' experiences as Application Support
• Able to work as shift / 5 days per week

Job Descriptions:

• Performing as the first level support to gathers the issues/data for problems reproduction.
• Investigating technical production issues raised by CS or Internal User and swiftly provide a workaround/resolution within the defined SLA.
• Coordinating with other technical teams (PO, QA, and Developer) in troubleshooting and resolving service incidents.
• Identifying issue scope, expected result, and issue severity.
• Working closely with the Development/Product team to understand new features, configurations, and elements to be deployed in each release.
• Monitoring application/System performance.
• 5 working days/week and work as a shift (8:00-17:00, 10:00-19:00, 12:00-21:00 and 14:00-23:00, 15:00-24.00). Day off is rotation. (Can work on Weekend, some week in 1 month)
• On-call duty and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as application support.
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in SQL Database systems, Team viewer, or System monitor log tools.
• Good attitude, Open Minded, Calm & Friendly, and Service mind.
• Able to work under pressure and shift work.
