Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role. Experience in software development is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum.
Ability to understand technical requirements, work with development teams, and manage software releases.
Strong data analysis skills with experience in using data to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey product vision, updates, and priorities to diverse teams.
Proven ability to solve complex issues, balance competing priorities, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
A deep understanding of user needs, UX principles, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
