IT Project Manager

 · Accountable for the overall project or multiple workstreams including project plan, objectives, scope, budget, work schedule, design & build, and contractual deliverables, and that it meets with the business requirements 

· Collaborate with other development teams, works with the Solution Architect and Sales Engineers to create the project plan which defines the work schedule and resource allocation 

· Defines the project resources, their roles, and responsibilities. Ensure resource availability and allocation 

· Documents the deliverables and manages the project costs 

· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor & track the progress of the responsible projects 

· Ensures the delivery per the project timeline, and commitment to the project; be responsible for managing the changes to align with the project schedule 

· Establishes and manages effective communications and relationships with the Project Sponsor(s) and all related stakeholders 

· Ensures appropriate standards and quality are maintained 

· Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire projectexecution 

· Communicate upward and outward verbally and in writing Partner with various stakeholder teams across business units to develop positive relationships at all levels 

Qualifications 

· Thai Nationality only. 

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science experience, Information Systems or related fields 

· 3+ years of Agile project management preferably for banking, or government 

· Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and experience working with technical teams 

· Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision 

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

· Strong customer focus and ability to handle difficult stakeholders as well as interact with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines 

· Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
