We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve defects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate product functionality and performance.
• Conduct manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that defects are fixed and new features meet specified requirements without negatively impacting existing functionality.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in design reviews, requirement sessions, and sprint planning meetings to provide QA input and ensure that quality is built into the development process.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide feedback to improve product quality and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA methodologies to continuously improve testing processes and tools.

Requirements:

• One or more years’ experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, with a good understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Plus, if you have hands-on experience with manual testing techniques and test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, databases, and backend systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written. If not good yet, willing to learn it.
