Quality Assurance Analyst

Job purpose: Responsibility for all quality testing, maintenance, and deliverables associated with an organization's information technology initiative. They are involved in managing continuous quality improvement to ensure the delivery of the best possible IT products and service

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate in a cross-function development team to ensure that all aspectsof quality are actively discussed and addressed during the development process.
• Execute functional test, perform regression testing as planned / instructed by QA Lead.
• Identify quality issues / defects and drive corrective actions to resolve them.
• Work closely with Business Analyst resource to ensure full understanding on how the story should be tested
• Prepare test script according to requirement stories and design materials.
• Involve in QA related activities (i.e. performance test / smoke test) as necessary.
• Provide input to the QA Lead / Team leads for all QA related activities and dependencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, ICT, or relevant fields from a recognized university

Technical Areas:

• Experience / exposure in the field of Software Quality Assurance or related experience.
• Has a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Understanding of RDBMS structure with the ability to write SQL query statement.
• Experience in agile methodologies is preferable.
• Ability to use tools (i.e. Postman, Soap UI) for interface testing is a plus.
• Exposure to collaborating tools like JIRA, Confluence is a plus.
• Experience in building or using test automation scripts or tools such as Selenium, Katalon etc. is a plus. General Areas:

• Self-motivated, passionate, responsible and a good team player.
• Good written and oral communication skills in Thai and English.
• A keen sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship is a must
