Job purpose:

Managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across a business demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provided second-level application support for Blockchain Application
  • Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensured that complex defects and problems were resolved through production releases and upgrade
  • Perform knowledge transfer both technical & business to team member and 1st Level support
  • Ensure problem prevention methods are continually applied to improve service levels and reduce costs

 

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer, IT or relevant fields

 Relevant Experience:

  • Experience in IT Services or any related fields 

 

Other Skills:

  • Application support experiences or developer experiences in java, kotlin, react
  • Knowledge in SQL skill (any kind of Database)
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Listening ability and patience
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
  • Critical thinking skills
