Software Tester

Job Description

1. Plan and design test cases to ensure software quality.
2. Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
3. Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand project requirements.
4. Document and report test results and bugs, following up on their resolution.
5. Participate in test planning and test case review sessions.

Job Specification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related feld.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing (new graduates are welcome).
3. Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
4. Proficiency in using testing tools and defect tracking software.
5. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
