Automate QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in automation testing, particularly using Robot Framework and Python. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for integration testing purposes. As an integral member of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and systems. 

Responsibility : 

• Test Planning: Collaborate with the QA team and other stakeholders to understand testing requirements, create test plans, and identify test scenarios suitable for automation. 
• Test Case Design: Design and develop comprehensive test cases to cover integration scenarios, ensuring thorough coverage of critical functionality and edge cases. 
• Defect Management: Work closely with developers and other teams to investigate, track, and verify reported defects, ensuring their resolution and closure. 
• Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery pipelines to facilitate frequent and reliable releases. 
• Automation Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python for integration testing of our software applications and systems. 
• Test Execution: Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and potential areas for improvement. Report and document test results in a clear and concise manner. 
• Test Data Management: Manage and maintain test data required for integration testing, ensuring data privacy and security. 
• Test Automation Framework: Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the existing test automation framework, suggesting enhancements and implementing best practices. 
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality test scripts and maintain code standards. 
• Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with team members, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Test Automation Engineer, with Solid understanding of integration testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.  
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and well-structured test cases and test scripts. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
• A proactive and self-driven attitude with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest QA and automation trends. 
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
• Strong proficiency in test automation using Robot Framework and Python. Experience with other automation tools is a plus.
