Software Engineer Frontend

As a Software Engineer who specializes in Frontend, you will have a deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in order to develop and improve Deeple's platform and website.

At Deeple, our engineers in frontend work closely with the team to create high quality, responsive web applications to serve a wide range of business purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Work in an team to design, develop and maintain our product
• Ensure software quality and standard of the delivered applications
• Support production issues and requests as needed

Core skills and qualifications: 

• Strong software engineering skills
• Web development using React
• High attention to detail in UI.
• Willingness to learn and desire to be an expert in your chosen field.
• Proactive about new ideas and sharing opinions with team members.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Experienced in one or more of the following programming languages; JavaScript & Typescript
• Expert in building responsive web pages
• Write well-documented, maintainable and clean code.

Experience in the following skills is desirable:

• CDN and web performance
• Large scale web application
• Realtime web application
• Software architecture
• Software testing. e.g. TDD, automated testing, unit test
• Agile Manifesto, Scrum Methodology
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing among team members
