Technical Team Lead (Python)

Responsibility :

• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs
• Create proof of concepts product API
• Integrate machine learning models into Python codebase
• Work with data ingestion tools
• Design, create, maintain, optimize various data pipelines
• Research new ways to improve existing architecture
• Provide and translate technical solutions to client
• Monitor, motivate and lead team members
• Set team goal and subordinates’ KPI in order to do the performance evaluation
• Give guidances and promote best practices to team members
• Interview and select potential candidates to join the team

Qualification :

• Expertised in Python (with any Framework)
• Experience with Cloud
• Working knowledge of Docker
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Working knowledge of data warehousing technologies
• Working knowledge of ETL technologies
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Working knowledge of Machine learning pipelines such as Inference service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Understanding of best practices regarding security
• Collaborative team spirit
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
