AI Product Owner

As a Product Owner at Data Wow, you will analyze market trends and client requirements and identify and implement suitable AI/SaaS solutions that anticipate future client needs. With technological knowledge, you should have the skills to look at clients’ business problems and develop creative ideas that exceed the original proposal.

Playing a pivotal role in turning client visions into effective processes, you will manage the entire lifecycle of projects to ensure they are technically sound, fit for purpose, and delivered on time and to the highest standards. You will also manage client expectations to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching market trends, crafting a long-term strategy, and identifying new opportunities for the company.
• Understand client requirements and contribute significantly to innovative solutions that solve the requirements.
• Collaborate and coordinate activities with stakeholders to define the project vision and roadmap, streamline activities, and better use internal resources.
• Perform feasibility analysis, scope, and project management to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities.
• Develop project specifications with clear timescales, scope, skills, and effort required in conjunction with the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and testing of projects, reporting any potential issues and assisting in coordinating any solutions to problems identified pre- and post-delivery.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for our digital marketing team and business development team.
• Set up product KPIs with the management team, keep track of progress, and pivot the plan to ensure the goal is achieved.Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline, MBA is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a product owner building SaaS, non-internal software products, or in related roles.
• Knowledge of AI, data management, data engineering, data privacy and security, and SaaS building will be a significant advantage.
• Solid background in user experience and market research, business analysis and development, project initiation, project management, and progress reporting.
• Strong knowledge of software development practices – the lifecycle and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, creative-thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders with different technology-awareness.
• Good persuasive, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Great attention to detail while still keeping the bigger picture in focus.
• A quick learner who can quickly develop insight into the client and subject matter.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a must. The ideal candidate must have high personal accountability and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• UX/Design thinking skills and experiences are preferred.
• Professional Communication in English and Thai.
