IT Business Analyst

Job Description : 

- Collect and Analyze business requirements

- Develop business requirement document

- Identify IT requirements and IT solutions

- Facilitates business users & vendors in decision making and problem resolutions

- Manage user acceptance and Manage project transition to operations

- Work on behalf of CP ALL IT management Team 

Qualifications : 

- Bachelor/Master degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or related field 

- At least 1 years working experience in business analyst job role

- Experience in software development project by SDLC or Agile methodology

- English language proficiency (speaking and writing) is a plus

- Have strong experience in Retail or Convenience Store business

- Experience in O2O, E-Commerce project is a plus

- Experience in Human Resource Area, HR Management System, Time & Payroll, Performance Management, Talent & Succession - Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus

- Able to work at Chaengwattana
