Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Data collection, transformation, and aggregation from external and internal sources
• Developing dashboards and analytic reports to solve business problems and provide recommendations based on relevant data to clients
• Combining data analytics and data visualization techniques to support the team developing analysis report
• Identify patterns and actionable insights from data
• Summarizing external data to support the recommendations in the insight analysis reports
• Conducting and overseeing activities of the junior data analysts, ensuring proper execution of their duties and alignment with business vision and objectives.
• Organizing and presenting data in a clear and, concise manner
• Construct and enhance analytics framework

Qualifications:

• General understanding of business data, data visualization, and storytelling with data
• At least 3 years of working experience working in a data department
• Familiarity with any BI technology (e.g. Tableau and Power BI)
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
• General understanding of programming related to ETL or Python is a plus
• Passion for big data technology (e.g. Hadoop & Hive, BigQuery, etc.)
• Experience in retail domain preferred
• Ability to take a leadership role
• Ability to present to an executive at a business level
• Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
• Good command of English
• An outgoing personality who has proven to be a good team player
• Agile methodology mindset
