Senior FullStack Developer

Seeking a Senior Full Stack developer to lead the development of our company products and shape global standards as an integral member of the Engineering team. Working closely with our seasoned technical team, this role demands expertise in both front and back end programming. Responsibilities include developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring application responsiveness, collaborating with graphic designers on web design features, and guiding a project from conception to final product, with a strong emphasis on organizational skills and attention to detail.

We need your help:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive full-stack applications using React and Next.js for the front-end and Golang or NestJS for the back-end, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness throughout the application lifecycle.
• Ensure the maintainability, scalability, and performance of the applications.
• Uphold superior code quality and maintainability by conducting thorough reviews, tests, and collaborative debugging sessions with peers.
• Work closely with the product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, deliver high-quality solutions, and streamline deployment processes, ensuring applications are resilient, scalable, and easily maintainable.
• Continuously stay informed on emerging technologies, monitor industry trends, and adopt engineering best practices to ensure the team's methods remain current and effective.
• Communication closely with the team to understand business requirements and assess the impact and value of the features being developed.

It would be great if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in backend and frontend development with Typescript(NestJS), Golang, Reactjs or Nextjs.
• Strong expertise working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc.
• Strong expertise in message delivery systems like Kafka, SQS.
• Familiarity with RESTful API/GraphQL/Socket/gRPC design and development.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Git and understanding of Git workflows and understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with testing framework(Unit Test, Integration Test).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice-to-haves:

• Have experience in the Web 3.0 ecosystem like Smart contract, RPC or blockchain technology.
• Knowledge of DevOps process.
• Knowledge of vector databases.
