· Plan and executeall digital marketing, including Social Media, Performance marketing, and Email marketing to drive online sales performance in Official website.
· Optimize digital advertising spend through Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook etc. to increase company/brand awareness and ROI.
· Well knowledge on set up and tracking on the key digital marketing tool such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag manager.
· Monitor hotels database and make sure it is clean and well segmented
· Research and analyze competitors’ movement on online
· Work closely with Revenue Team and GM to set up hotel individual package (added value offersdistributed on direct channel only)
· Manage & execute Display advertising campaigns, including retargeting in order to raisehotels awareness and promote hotels offer, including maintain hotel presence on review websites and the relationship with key partners like TripAdvisor.
· Coordinate with principle team to create online assets, banners and ads artworks
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
· Review on a regular basis hotels description, pictures and video to improve
· Review hotels exposure on indirect website (text, jpeg, ranking) and make sure hotel is sellat its best.
· Implement & monitor strategies to drive online traffic to the hotel factsheet direct websites.
Qualification
· Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
· Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
· Skills and experience in creative content writing
· Analytical mindset and critical thinking
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
· Minimum 2 years working experience of digital marketing or media experience from a brandor media agency
· Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyaltyto Brand Website.
· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Using Python andR-Programming is a plus.
