System design

• Design the system to fit with business objectives
• Design a system that is flexible for modification and maintenance.
• Design the project structure and components that facilitate the optimal and productive development environment.
• Ensure the system's reliability and least error-prone.
• Ensure the system is traceable when there are problems.

Collaboration

• Lead the development of new features, modules, and functionalities.
• Lead the system integration session.
• Collaborate with managers, designers, and clients to understand sufficient requirements and goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers to ensure software quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues or bugs
• Identify and prevent the bottlenecks in development.
• Ensure code is maintainable and up to industry standard.

Development

• Proficient with one of the frontend technologies e.g., React.js, Next.js
• Proficient with one of the backend technologies e.g., Node.js, Nest.js, Golang
• Proficient with databases and their core concepts, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server
• Proficient with cloud and supporting technologies e.g., AWS S3, RDS, Redis, Queue.
• Proficient with tools that deliver reliable and productive development e.g., UI component libraries, State management, and Development tools.
• Merge and review code with Git version control.
