Web/Mobile Developer (Mid to Senior level)

Job Description 

We are looking for a Web/Mobile Developer to join our core engineering team with experience in building scalable cloud-based applications. You will be a part of a talented software engineer team that strives for the latest technology trends to provide the best in class solutions for our customers. This position is responsible for performing advanced programming tasks to maintain and to enhance our cloud-based products. You will get to leverage an understanding of the business domain and existing frameworks for the success of project development.

- Web: Backend: PHP, C# .NET, Node.js / Frontend: React.js, Vue.js  

- Mobile: Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, React-native

 Responsibilities 

• Mentor and lead a team of junior developers. 
• Partner with Product Owner to align with objectives, priorities, tradeoffs, risk and solving problems
• Participate in design and architecture discussions and planning
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges 
• Senior developer will lead developers. Apart from this he will/can be involved in the coding activities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided.
• The senior developers will track and review an on going projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to learn.
• Provide technical guidance, career development and mentoring team members
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new software / framework / languages / technology with ease.
