Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between users, business stakeholders, and implementation teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Communicate technical and non-technical requirements clearly to the implementation team.
• Monitor and coordinate project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any implementation issues by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients during the implementation phase.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination, software implementation, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday, JIRA, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
