Job Purpose:To develops and maintains an HR system structure to ensure alignment with business process, continuous improvement, and ongoing transformation.
Design and develop In-house applications to meet business requirement.
Apply system, technology, and process design to improve HR process.
Operate HR Server to support business expansion.
Work across team with IT and Vendor to find out solution
Be part of System implementation and Test to ensure system is accurate and efficient
Support strategic technical solutions to another system stack.
Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan
Trains and provides troubleshooting tips to other HR members on features and functionality of HRIS systems and applications as needed.
Bachelor or higher in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, Information System, or any related fields
2 – 5 years prior work experience in an HRIS or IT project management role implementing and supporting HR applications for a large organization including experience in many areas of HR (Experience in SAP-Success Factors is plus)
Experience in utilizing multiple data sources and developing data visualizations to drive insights by Power BI or Tableau or Other Business analytics software
Strong in Project Management Skill
Proficient in C#. Net Developer, MySQL, MSSQL, Dotnet core framework, OOP Methodology
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – advanced use of formulas and functions in excel
