Key Relationship: Marketing Promotion, Marketing Communication, Operation, Customer Service
Working under marketing promotion team, this role is responsible for managing promotion system. This is including scheduling the promotion set up, monitoring, customer compliant case handling, and manage promotion reward inventory. Beside, he/ she should be able to help on in-bound communication set up in order to serve the business objective.
· Responsible for event, on-ground and sponsorship marketing to drive new acquisition
· Set up promotion and communication campaign in through in-house system
· Optimize the system to be more efficiency by working with product team to provide requirement on what is needed to be fixed or improved
· Monitor promotion and communication performance with recommendation on how to improve
· Work closely with marketing communication team to prepare material for campaign set up
· Reward inventory management
· Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
· Minimum 2 years of experience, background in campaign management would be a plus
· Good understanding of financial and E-payment/ E-Wallet industry
· Strong experience in digital marketing, digital media and technologies, open to learning new tools.
· Strong project management skill - Able to work in a fast pace working environment while maintaining a great attention to detail
· Skilled in self-taught, self-learning and problem solving
· Fluent English language in speaking, listening, reading, writing (Chinese is a plus)
