Business Analyst (Oracle NetSuite) - Hybrid

Responsibility: 

· Plan work and resources for ERP implementation for user organizations, both for those who have never used ERP before or for implementing additional modules. 

• Analyze business requirements of users and design ERP configuration, including customization to meet user needs. 
• Evaluate and provide recommendations on which business processes should use standard configuration or be customized. 
• Prepare Business Requirement documents that outline what needs to be done and the expected outcomes. 
• Assign tasks to the team, as well as monitor and provide guidance to the team, both in business and technical aspects of configuring and customizing ERP. 
• Manage Testing and User Training to ensure the system can be used effectively.  
• Have in-depth knowledge of at least one ERP brand, with knowledge at least in finance and accounting modules.Special consideration will be given to those familiar with Oracle NetSuite.  
• Have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end ERP implementation. 

Qualification: 

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or related fields. 

· Experience in analyst design and gathering requirement from users.  

· Having experience in Responsive Web Design and designing Native Mobile Application should be advantage. 

· Experience Computer language Programming C#, VB.Net and/Or Java, (My SQL, SQL Server, Crystal Report,etc.) 

· At least 2 years’ experience in system analysis and design.
