#Responsibilities

- Mentor and lead a team of junior developers.

- Partner with Product Owner to align with objectives, priorities , trade offs and risk and managethebacklogs

- Participate in design and architecture discussions and planning

- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

- The Sr. developer will lead developers. Apart from this he will/ can be involved in the codingactivities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided for smooth execution of projects.

- The senior developers will keep a track and reviews on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs,performance issues and involve the team learn from existing projects.

- Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members

- Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn newSoftware/ framework/ languages/ technology with ease.

#Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in software engineering teams development of web-based solutions, backend, and frontend.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

- Strong knowledge of the PHP web frameworks such as Laravel , CodeIgniter.

- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP.

- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as VueJS, Angular, or React.

- A desire to keep up with modern best practices in web development.

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.

#Nice to have 

- Experience with automated testing.

- Experience with container-based such as Kubernetes.
