Project Manager

Job Description

• Full ownership of the project: from project start to successful delivery, take the full responsibility.
• Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Outline a budget quotation based on requirements and track project progress with regular reports.
• Crate a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones and manage teams according to the plan.
• Proactively think of solutions for each different project and initiate fruitful professional discussions with the team.
• Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to the client's satisfaction.
• Always look out for business opportunities such as attending events, organizing events, workshops, etc.
• Be able to provide feedbacks to team members according to the project requirements.
• Suggest and implement better way to the internal system for more efficient way of work. 

Qualification

• Proven experience in managing software development and IT projects from start to delivery
• Able to plan the work in detail, fine-tuning the plan, able to manage to be flexible according to the situation.
• Have people skill, enjoy working as a team
• Excellence in communication.
• Can-do attitude and strong insight gathering skill.
• Experience working in Data. (plus)
• Good command in English.
• Likes to learn things and always be interested in developing yourself.
• It is believed that technology will be the new solution to difficult problems in this world.
• Be comfortable in a flat organization environment that always listens and supports you to grow.
• Inquire when you have questions. Communicate your own thoughts well.
• Be comfortable in a fast changing environment.
• Interested in development of work that integrates design and data together.
