Product Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of financial technology in Thailand. Responsibility

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with our mission to enhance the wealth and well-being of Thai citizens.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring our solutions meet real customer needs.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, driving innovation and excellence at every stage.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive and successful product delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
• Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are at the heart of all product decisions.
• Develop and manage the product backlog, crafting clear and compelling user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate product updates and progress with stakeholders and executive leadership, celebrating successes and navigating challenges with a positive outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a leading university. MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial technology sector.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
