Business Analyst (Education & HR Tech)

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in the business requirement discussion with customers and leadership team to understand business objectives, needs, services and recommend the proper solutions.
• Gather, define, document, and translate high level business requirements to come up with cost estimation (TOR), project plan, and detailed functional specifications.
• Create business requirement documents and business workflow diagrams.
• Establish, manage and monitor project requirements, master timelines, priorities, impacts and deadlines.
• Coordinate among product & project teams, manage stakeholders of the projects to ensure the scope of the project is clearly articulated and understood.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in business analyst or process development/improvement.
• Strong business process and project management skills with a track record for successful delivery of business process improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skill, systematic thinking and communication skills
• Be a fast learner and a desire to work in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong presentation skills & good Interpersonal skills / executive presence and maturity dealing with senior executives and staff.
• High Accountability, can be counted on to keep commitments. Builds others' trust in their own professionalism, integrity, expertise and ability to get results.
• Technical skill: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Google workspace and visualization tools
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and/or software development methodologies is a plus
