System Analyst/ Tech Lead

Role & Responsibilities:

• Gathering Requirement from users
• Analyze, Solve and Impact requirement
• Provide Business Process Improvement
• Design UI and Functional design Systems
• Design software integration
• Design activity and logic of software
• Analyze APIs Spec for interface with other systems
• Write document eg. BRD(Business Requirement Document), System Diagram, Sequence Diagram, System Flow, Function Specification Document, Detail Design Specification Document, Test Case for SIT and UAT, Training Document, User Manual
• Design and execute test case and unit test in SIT, UAT environment
• Tracking and follow up defect in order to be on time
• Training user in overview and functional of system
• Support defects from UAT
• Impact analysis new requirement
• Prepare Data Migration to Production
• Deployment and maintenance applications
• Support after Project Go Live analyzed and evaluate problems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other similar fields
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English and Thai
• Excellent communication skill, presentation skill and self-learning skill
• At least 5 years’ experience in role of Business/System Analyst or Business Process Improvement
• Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document (BRD), System Diagram, Sequence Diagram, System Flow, Function Specification Document, Detail Design Specification Document, Test Case for SIT and UAT, Training Document, User Manual
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in the use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Self-motivated with good analytical, communication, organising and problem-solving skills
• Possesses strong work ethic and integrity sense
• Good presentation skill & self starter
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, out spoken and good listener
