End User Training (IT Training)

Job Description:Study IT Applications and the other Services of Bangkok Bank. Be responsible in some topics for training end-user. Daft end-user manual and create a storyboard for e-Learning.

• Study the service of BBL: IT Applications and other services of BBL. Study how to provide the knowledge to end-user.
• Write user manual on the topic as assigned.
• Create a storyboard for e-Learning on the topic as assigned.
• Train end-user about how to input data and how to use the report or the information by inquiry on the topic as assigned.
• Advise end-user about how to solve the problem in the part of user-process on the topic as assigned.
• Perform other jobs that are assigned.

Required qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Computer, IT Education or relevant degree
• 0 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills both in Thai and English.
• Skill in IT and training are preferred. Working Location : BBL IT Center, Rama 3 Office
