Credit Contract Operations Officer

• Draft and review credit facilities agreements and security agreements (both in English and Thai) to comply with the bank's approval under Thai law and other relevant laws and coordinate with in-house lawyers and panel lawyers in each country for complicated cases, to ensure completeness of documentation and perfection of security.
• Provide advice to the credit team both in Thailand and overseas on documentation and relevant procedures required to complete tasks.
• Coordinate with and support the credit team in any matters relating to documentation and operational works as well as providing English translation, to deliver an efficient and excellent service to the customer. 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Law, Economics, Liberal Arts and related fields (Bachelor's degree in law is an advantage)
• Experience in drafting credit facilities agreements and security agreements is an advantage
• Enthusiastic and willing to work hard
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
• Good command in English for both reading and writing (minimum TOEIC score of 820)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
